Women at the Bus Stop and the Woman at the Well

The other day I went on my usual lunchtime walk at work.  Usually there is no one at the bus stop, and I just stick a million dollar bill in the bench.  But today, there were three young asian girls (not real young, college age).  So I asked them if they ever saw one of these (a million dollar bill).  They looked a little puzzled so I handed them each one and said it had a message on the back.  They still looked puzzled, so I asked if they spoke English and they said yes.  So I told them again about the message on the back & asked them to read it and told them to have a good day.

As I walked away, I thought, I know some people who would say to me "Why are you sharing with college girls, you are crossing cultural boundaries and it's weird".  So I immediately asked the Lord about it.

The thought that popped into my head "Remember the Samaritan woman at the well?"  How was that for being culturally weird, but she needed to hear the Gospel!

End of Story.

I won't ever be rude or pushy or scare anyone, but EVERYONE needs to hear the glorious Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Everyone!

Keep on sharing the Good News!
